The Gustav Mahler Stichting Nederland (GMSN) is responsible for processing personal data as reflected in this privacy statement.

Target

Your data will be used only for the purposes for which it was obtained.
The GMSN records data such as name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other data necessary to administer donors and friends of the GMSN, to process donations and gifts or to process contact requests. In addition, the GMSN uses e-mail addresses to send newsletters if you have given your consent. You can unsubscribe from newsletters via the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to info@gmsn.nl.

Retention of personal data

The GMSN will not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data is temporarily stored locally on the computers of the treasurer, secretary and webmaster. In addition, the data are kept in the cloud, on the server of the host of the GMSN's website and on the server of a third party we use to send newsletters.
